The company was established in 1950 thanks to the experience of its founder Giacinto Calistri, and it has been taking care of both processing for third parties and elements and machinery construction for the mechanical-textile industry since the beginning. Over the years for its clients it has designed and realised machinery regarding various sectors: food industry machinery, mattress factories machinery, textile machinery (looms, machines for chenille, and cutters for cloths, hemmers, and embroidery machinery).

During the last 15 years, the company has been managed by the founder’s three sons, Claudio, Sauro, and Roberto: under their direction new development sectors were opened, such as the one for bottling industry equipment and at the same time the manufacturing for third parties remained active, specifically in the railway and food sector.

Successively the company started working in the nautical sector. At first it produced small dimension elements such as various kinds of hinges and supports, then it started designing and constructing finished products such as doors, hatches in general, folding stairs, slides for tenders and water skis collaborating with some of the most important companies of the pleasure boating sector.

During the last year the company has built its own MED B15 certified products, realising a light and compact door which is in compliance with the fire protection standard.

Currently the company has its headquarters in a shed of about 1000 covered sq m and has ten employees. The constant updating of the machine tools and high personnel specialisation allows supplying quality products in fixed timescale and with competitive costs.

Over the years the company has built a partnership and external collaborations network with other companies of the territory specialised in the light mechanical carpentry, industrial painting and metals surface treatments sector in order to offer its clients top quality complete products in considerably fast times.

One of the main strengths is to be able to offer its clients custom-made design and realisation of the products, supporting them in each phase until reaching the complete supply of the manufactured product.

Thanks to its recent successes, obtained with important clients, the company is already developing innovative products in the nautical sector, on which it is aiming for the company development of the upcoming years.
